Lighting

Lighting provides additional protection to doors and windows. Thieves don't like to be seen

  • use motion sensors on exterior lights
  • mount exterior lights out of reach to they can't be tampered with by a thief
  • light up all entranceways and window areas
  • use light timers on interior lights
  • be sure to use a programmable light timer to adjust the day and time lights turn on and off so not to set a routine
  • use a low energy bulb to reduce costs and leave your exterior entry way light on overnight
